See the Bellingham Herald's "Local Farming Stars in Film" story on the Resilience Institute's Farm Film. The website will give voice to small-scale and medium-sized farms -- irrespective of scale. http://www.bellinghamherald.com/2011/11/14/2267427/value-of-farming-the-subject-of.html
The only way to achieve resilience in farming is through diversity, innovation, and valuing what our small- and medium-scale family farmers produce. Regulatory agency directives and public sympathies and support need to focus on helping farmer to build adaptive capacity -- seeing threats to farming as opportunities for positive change.
More than a "promotional video," the film illustrates the threats that farmers experience. The website will provide a voice for farmers to explain what exactly those threats are, and offer advice for us all.
Here are some products from farmers interviewed for the film, and those who will be interviewed for the website. All participated in the farm resilience workshops.

Great Gigi! Love the idea and glad it is working! Perhaps Hand Crank should do a message about Healthy Fats next?
